Come Go With Us
We are days away from leaving for the
Mexico Mission Trip and we have 15 bus seats
left.
That is right ... we have room for 15 more
people to go.
A mission trip including transportation for
less than $500. There is room on the bus.
The bus will be leaving the St. Louis area
on the day after Christmas. We will be
travelling through Memphis, Mississippi,
Baton Rouge, Houston, Corpus Christi and on
to Brownsville, Texas. You can hop on the
bus anywhere on the route.
There are 15 seats available. Can you go?
We need your help ... we are undertaking a
huge cement project, conducting a gospel
distribution, hosting several Mercy Rains
concerts, providing a medical-dental clinic
and teaching English.
We need your help ... there are 15 seats
available. Can you go?
Dave Kindle is coordinating a bicycle
collection and minor
repair for bicycles that will be going to
Mexico. Help and bikes are needed. Please
do not drop off your bikes at the church before
December 6.
How important is a bicycle?
For some it is family transportation. For
others it is used for transportation to and
from a job. It doesn't cost any money for gas.
How important is a bicycle?
When Focus On
Missions sponsors Gospel Fiesta's bicycles are
given away. Bikes are given to local pastors to
help the people they come in contact with
through ministry.
How important is a bicycle?
Our garages are filled with them that have not
been used in years. Would you help by donating
your bicycle to Focus On Missions? We need them
!
This
is Emil Williams who was recently released from
a local prison in Wilson, Louisiana. We are praying
that Emil, along with Pastor Marc Gregoire, will be
joining us in Mexico.
We are praying that God will provide the resources
and funds for Emil.
Emil and Pastor Marc will be sharing their
testimonies in the prison at Santa Adelaida.
Tremendous testimonies, we are excited about God
using a one time prisoner who wants to Honor the
Lord and share Him with other prisoners.
Would you pray about sponsoring Emil on this trip?
This is a major step of faith for Emil. He is
working in Louisiana, Pastor Marc and his family has
been investing his life in this mans life,
spiritually and physically.
Would you pray about sponsoring Emil on the Mexico
Mission Trip?
Bibles, Bicyles & More ... Praise Report
Just
a few weeks ago we were asking for people to help
with providing Gospels Of John and the Spanish
Version of Free On The Inside.
God used good friends, Brad & Jean Bean, at First
Baptist Arnold and their Sunday School department to
provide finances to purchase several cases of
Gospels.
We are needing more ... the need is still there ...
we are thankful for God's provision thus far.
Gospels Of John
Can you help us with the Spanish Version of the
Gospel Of John. They can be ordered by for as

presenting a Mercy Rains concert at the Santa
Adelaida prison between two giant cell blocks.
Mercy Rains will be singing, former prisoner, Emil
Williams, from Louisiana will be sharing his
testimony, Pastor Marc Gregoire presenting the

"Free On The Inside Bibles" as possible. These
Bibles along with the New Testament have many
testimonies and prison stories that the men and
women will be able to identify with.
Can you help us in securing these Bibles. We would
like to have at least 500.
Please have all gospels shipped to Focus On
Missions, 4413 Jeffco Blvd., Arnold, MO 63010 or
bring them to First Baptist Arnold on Saturday,

packing the Mexico trailer.
Praying For God To Provide - Dios Si Puede! Praise
Report
Dios Si
Puede! God Is Able!
This is year 9 for the Focus On Missions annual
Mexico Christmas trip. It is no different than
anyother. The entire trip is built on faith.
God continues to provide and we are thankful. Below
is a copy of an email that was sent to our mission
trip participants and prayer partners testifying to
God's provision.
How God Used One Couple ...
As we have been preparing for the Christmas trip and
praying about where God would have us focusing our
efforts. We were led once again to continue working
with Pastor Jose Carcini in developing the property
where he is working and reaching people. All summer
long we had been waiting for and praying for the
finances to pour a large cement foundation for a
future church building. It was important that it
was God that was doing the orchestrating ... not the
creative work of Focus On Missions ... if God wanted
us to proceed, if God wanted this to happen, we knew
God would provide the resources and finances.
Now here is what happened ... last week a man
contacted me about Mexico and inquired about what we
were doing there and what type of projects we were
involved with ... we had a meeting and I shared the
story of Jose Carcini. I didn't even have
powerpoint or pictures with me. The man then shared
with me about he and his wife. The man told me that
he and his wife, each had an independent, individual
burden put on their hearts ... to help someone or
some organization. The wife told the husband about
her burden ... the husband said he had the same
burden. They then discussed who and where should
they work. The wife said she wanted to direct their
help through Focus On Missions ... the man said that
was who he had felt they should work through. In
this meeting it was becoming very obvious that God
had been preparing the hearts of a couple who were
open to His leadership. After we visited a few
minutes the man simply asked me how much money would
it cost to do the first phase of the project
(cement). His response was ... the money was
available and we should proceed. Praise The Lord
!!!
Then ... the man asked about completing the project
and the total cost. I was still in shock over the
first response. I shared with him about a time
frame in completing this project and the anticipated
cost for the project. As the man thought about it,
mulled it over, he said he would step out on faith
and provide the finances to complete the project.
The bottom line is this ... the project with Jose
Carcini is God's project! God provided the
resources, the funding, the timing ... God is
putting all the pieces into place. Jose and his
church continue to pray, they continue working and
reaching people for the Kingdom ... God continues to
bless!
